What is your return policy?
Due to the nature of our products, we simply do not accept returns simply due to a change of mind. If the item you have purchased is damaged, you must notify us within 7 days.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, and in its original packaging. You will also need the receipt or proof of purchase.
To start a return, you can contact us at torn@trgmakeup.com. If your return is accepted, we'll send you instructions on how and where to send your package. Please ensure you receive a response before you return any item otherwise it will not be accepted.

Please note: all of our eyelashes are handmade with care and love, therefore each one can be slightly different; this would only be very minor. This is not through fault, but through the specific placement of each individual hair or cluster during the application process.
What if my product is damaged?
When you receive your order, please inspect it carefully and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item. This will allow any issues to be rectified.
How will I receive my refund?
In case of a refund, you will be notified once we have received and inspected your return. You will be informed whether your return has been approved or not. If approved, you will be automatically refunded on your original payment method. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process the payment back in to your account.

What are the shipping options? Do I have to pay import charges?
Due to current high demand and maintaining safety measures to manage COVID-19, we are currently unable to offer Next Day Delivery, but hope to offer this as soon as we can.

Delivery times vary depending on location and an estimation is given at the checkout.

Please be aware that current estimated transit times for standard delivery are 3-10 working days for domestic and between 5-21 working days for international. These delivery times act as a guide, but due to high demand and COVID-19 your order on occasion may take longer to reach you.

Import Charges

Please note that international orders may be subject to customs or import duties and tax charges once they reach their destination country outside of the UK. We do not cover this cost so you will be responsible for paying any import charges that may be added. As customs vary from country to country, unfortunately we can’t advise on these charges, and would recommend you contact your local customs office for more information before placing your order.
